1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of havenwear.co.uk and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

2. About us

HAVEN is a UK-based fashion retailer. We will list our company registration details (Companies House number, registered office, VAT number where applicable) here once finalised.

3. Placing an order

An order placed on our site is an offer to purchase. We accept that offer when we send you an Order Confirmation email. A binding contract is formed at that point. We reserve the right to reject an order at our discretion (for example, where a product is mispriced, out of stock, or where we suspect fraud).

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in your local currency where supported, including UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna and PayPal. Payment is taken at checkout.

5. Delivery & risk

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title to the goods passes to you when we receive payment in full.

7. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. See our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on our site — text, images, logos, designs — is owned by HAVEN or our licensors and protected by UK and international copyright. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Account & security

If you create a HAVEN account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability under or in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for the goods.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered customers and via a banner on our site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
