Shipping & delivery

Free worldwide shipping

Every HAVEN order ships free, anywhere in the world. All shipments are tracked. Orders to the EU are sent Delivered Duty Paid, so there's nothing to pay at the border.

Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day from our UK warehouse. Orders placed after 14:00 or on a non-working day are dispatched the next working day. We don't dispatch on UK bank holidays or weekends.

Delivery times

United Kingdom: 2–3 working days (Royal Mail Tracked).
Europe: 4–7 working days (DPD, duty-paid).
Rest of world: 7–14 working days (tracked). For destinations outside the EU and UK, local customs duties or import taxes may occasionally apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. Most carriers update tracking within 24 hours.

If a delivery is missed

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will usually leave a card and reattempt or hold the parcel for collection. If a parcel is ultimately returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange a free redelivery or a full refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address you provided. Spot a mistake within 30 minutes of ordering? Email us and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
