Sizing
How does HAVEN sizing run?
We size on the relaxed side of contemporary. If you wear a size M in COS or Arket, you’ll wear an M with us. Each product page lists the specific cut (slim, regular, relaxed, boxy) and our recommendation for which way to size.
Is HAVEN unisex?
Yes. Our cuts work across the gender spectrum. The size charts use chest and waist measurements rather than gendered labels.
Shipping
How long will my order take?
UK Standard: 2–3 working days. UK Next Day: order before 14:00 GMT. Europe: 4–7 working days. Rest of world: 7–14 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. See our shipping page for full rates and delivery times.
Do I pay duties on international orders?
For EU orders we ship DDP (duty-paid) where possible — what you pay at checkout is the final price. For other international orders, you may be charged duties on import; these are not included.
Returns & exchanges
What’s your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, unworn, in its original condition. UK returns are free. We’ll refund the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Start a return for the original item and place a new order. We don’t hold stock during exchanges, so this is the fastest way to make sure you get the size you want.
Materials & care
Where are HAVEN clothes made?
Our pieces are made across the UK, Italy, Portugal, and Japan, depending on the craft. Each product page lists the specific country of manufacture.
How should I wash my HAVEN pieces?
Each product page has specific care instructions. As a rule: cold wash, hang to dry, iron on reverse where needed. Knitwear: hand wash and dry flat.
Account & orders
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account makes it easier to track orders and start returns.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly — usually within an hour. If you need to change something, email us within 30 minutes of ordering and we’ll do our best.
Security & privacy
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified checkout. Your full card details are never seen or stored by HAVEN. The whole site runs over encrypted HTTPS (SSL).
Will you sell or share my email?
Never. We don't sell your data to anyone. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and request deletion of your data under UK GDPR by emailing privacy@haven.co.uk. See our Privacy Policy.
What are my rights if I change my mind?
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, and a further 14 days to return the goods. On top of that, HAVEN offers a 30-day returns window — free in the UK. See Returns & Refunds.
